Can I edit a wound evaluation that has already been finalized? What is the Edit button? Print

As of 12/31/16, finalization is no longer required. You can edit a Wound Evaluation until 3 am EST of the day the evaluation is made.

In the Resident Information Screen, tap Evaluate Wounds.
Choose the wound to edit.
Tap the Edit button that appears on the far right:
The Edit button will disappear after you have used it.
