This FAQ applies only to Gentell Product Administrators. If you are not a Product Admin, you will not have access to this feature.

1. If a product can be used for both primary AND secondary, set the product level to Both.
2. Set Max Allowed by Medicare to the primary quantity.
3. Set Alternate Max Allowed by Medicare to the secondary quantity.
4. Tap the green Update button at the bottom of the record to save the changes.
