You can keep your own notes about wounds in notes buttons on the Resident Information Screen:
Each time you tap on the notes button, you can add a new note to that wound.
To see the wound notes that you have accumulated, tap on the wound name itself. In the illustration above, tap on Location: forehead The notes appear below the wound evaluation.
To print the notes, tap on the Show Notes button next to the notes while viewing on a computer. To enter these into the resident's record, you can print the notes page with your signature and date.
