In the event that a client closes a wound in error, a Fastcare Administrator can re-open the wound with this process.

Only Fastcare Admin access have this ability.
  1. Get the facility name, resident name and wound location
  2. Go to that facility.
  3. Choose the resident.
  4. Click on the wound location (It should have a red closed on it)
  5. Above, you will see a 'Reopen wound' button.
  6. Click the button and confirm the action.
You have just reopened the wound.  The wound data will be complete when it is evaluated and finalized, but, until then, it will show as an open wound.
