Tap the Facility button and search for the Facility.

Tap the Resident button and find the resident.

Tap on the name of any of open wound listed below the Resident Information.

Tap on the Wound History button. You can place an order by tapping on the Order Product button in the upper right. Note that prior orders are also listed in the wound history.
