In the Resident Information page, choose the Temporary Discharge button. Fastcare asks you to confirm and notes, “This resident is temporarily leaving the facility for a hospital admission or other medical necessity. The resident will be removed from Fastcare reports until returning to this facility. Choose OK to confirm.” If you choose Cancel, the resident will not be temporarily discharged.
