FORMAT YOUR LOGO
The best size of a logo is 180 wide by 120 wide, or an aspect ratio of 1.50. Images that are not that size or aspect ratio will shrink or be stretched.
Since most logos will print on black and white printers, consider creating a gray scale logo to ensure that it is legible in black-and-white:
Save the logo as a JPG or PNG file.
UPLOAD YOUR LOGO & CHOOSE YOUR HEADING STYLE
Your Fastcare login must have rights to edit the facility. Tap the Edit facility button.
Scroll down to the logo section of the Facility record.
Tap the Choose File button and choose a JPG or PNG file.
Choose the heading style by tapping the drop-down listing under Heading Style, which shows text and alignment. The information in the header will be drawn from the address lines in the facility record.
Scroll to the bottom, and tap the green Update button.
To erase your logo
Upload a blank logo or the blank logo file attached to this FAQ, and then tap the Update button.
