This question applies ONLY to Wound and Product Specialists because an Order Only facility does not use Fastcare for keeping its own wound records. Instead, Wound and Product Specialists gather information required by Medicare for Part B products.
1. Choose the Order Only facility.
2. Choose the resident.
3. Choose the wound.
4. Tap the Close Wound button.
5. You will be asked to confirm that you want to close the wound.
6. After the wound is closed, the Wound Information screen shows that the "Wound is Closed" and the button is changed to Reopen Wound:
