Confirming No Orders After a Facility Visit

Textler Fastcare is a wound products ordering system that ensures that patients receive regular wound care supplies. When a wound care provider Wound & Product Specialist visits a nursing facility, they must "authorize" the orders prior to leaving the facility by tapping the Authorize button in the Facility screen.

If no orders have been placed, the Wound & Product Specialist must tap the Confirm No Orders button that appears after tapping the Authorize button. This event is recorded and conveyed to the wound care provider Billing Team in the No Orders Report to confirm that wound care provider personnel have visited the facility and that no wound treatments were required this month.

After confirming that there were no orders, Fastcare asks for an explanation. For instance: "Training visit; picked up orders last week." Enter a note, and tap Submit.

The No Orders Report displays all facilities visited in the last twenty-one days where no orders were placed.
