This procedure applies only to users designated as Gentell Officers. These features will not appear if you are signed in as any user type other than Gentell Officer.
To move nurses between facilities owned by the same headquarters group
Overview: Choose the Headquarters Group; choose two active facilities within the group; move nurses between those two facilities. Physicians are established and moved through a separate sub-system, though some physician names still appear in the testing and demo platforms, and may exist in older production accounts.
Procedure
A. Tap Facility and choose an Ownership Group. In Edit Facility, This facility belongs to: must contain This is a Headquarters location
B. From the buttons at the top, tap on Manage HQ Nurses
C. Choose two facilities from the list by tapping the down arrows 1 and 2 under One Facility and Another Facility.
D. Tap the blue arrows 3 and 4 next to each of the nurse name to move a nurse to the left or right facility.
E. After you move nurses and physicians between facilities, tap the Save button 5 to make the current lineup permanent. The Save button does not appear until you have moved at least one nurse or physician.
NOTES
Facilities must be active. In Edit Facility, check Is facility active?
You must start in a Headquarter Group; you cannot move nurses if you are in an independent facility.
