The Latest 200 Facilities Report appears only to Gentell Officers.

To generate the report:
The last 200 Facilities Report is based on the day the first wound was created at a facility.
This report returns user data including last login in the current facility. If the current facility is a headquarter facility, information is selected for all users in facilities owned by the headquarters.
1. Tap Data Reports
2. Choose Latest 200 Facilities from the report list.
3. Tap the green Run button.
The report is generated in Excel. If you have Excel on your computer, a report like the sample below will open, and you can format and sort it as you prefer.

In this report, Alamo Nursing Home belongs to the chain, AAA Senior Living Facilities. The other facilities are independents.
