To close a wound:
While evaluating a wound, choose the Close/Resurfaced option in the Most Severe Tissue Type field, and save your observation.

Once  the wound is closed, it cannot be re-opened except by a Gentell System Administrator. Clinically, a wound that appears later in the same spot must be opened as a new wound.
