The Recap button appears ONLY if you sign in as a Gentell employee. If you do NOT see the Recap button and you are a Gentell employee, you are probably NOT signed in correctly: try signing out and then signing in again with your Gentell email and password.
The Recap button appears on the main page immediately after sign-in. Tapping the Recap button produces a survey that provides quality assurance information to Gentell after each facility visit.
If you do not find your name in the list of the names in the first field, please contact the Gentell Marketing Department, which operates the survey.
After you complete the survey, you are returned to Fastcare.
